Refund policy


We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues
We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges
For the quickest exchange process, we advise returning the original item and placing a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds
You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
